Cohort Engagement Insights From Consented Behavioral Data

From signals to deliverables

Each behavioral signal is enabled separately. Signals describe app categories, activity windows and usage routines, not content. Consented observation is not zero-party data: that term refers to intentionally and proactively stated information.

Phase 1 plans aggregated cohort engagement reports. Phase 2 plans verified profile slices within group-answer constraints. An example planned question is whether a consented cohort’s activity in an app category is changing. This is not an individual usage history.

What you never get

  • Raw vectors.
  • Individual records.
  • Any underlying-data export — it is absent by design. A report contains group answers, not an export of participant data.

The design limits answers to groups of 50+ people and targets crypto-shredding deletion in approximately 5 seconds. These are design constraints, not absolute privacy or downstream-deletion guarantees. Group size alone does not rule out re-identification.

Available now and planned next

The public prototype uses simulated data. A Rust/Axum backend with a PostgreSQL IOU ledger is deployed; Identity Vault is on testnet. Closed alpha is targeted for December 2026 with 500 invites. There are no live contributor payouts or signed B2B pilots today.

The planned immutable economic design allocates each B2B payment: 80% to contributors, 10% to referral and 10% to treasury. Fixed supply is 1B $HSIG with no mint function. This is a planned model, not an income promise.
